FAQ
Is this therapy?
No. It’s an educational community with practices that support spiritual and relational growth. We’ll offer referrals for clinical needs.
How much time should I plan for?
About 60 minutes weekly for live calls (optional) plus 10–15 minutes/day of simple practices.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes—every live session is recorded and posted within 48 hours (often 24), with timestamps and key takeaways.
Do I need prior knowledge of polyvagal or parts work?
No. We teach in plain language and build step by step. This will be naturally integrated into our training.
What is the core of the work?
The core of the work is tiny habits that you can put into practice and the knowledge you will gain from being in this learning community. The Zoom is just one component, but the real fruit comes from learning and engaging in the community. If this sounds right for you at this time, join us. We’d love to have people who are engaging and learning.
